Check-in time 3 PM- 8 PM | Check-out time 6 AM - 11 AM.

 

By booking a room you agree to our terms and conditions and you respect our house rules.

 

Terms and Conditions

Checking in
You can check in from 3 PM till 8 PM.

Are you arriving earlier or later than 3 PM? Let us know and we can take this into account.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 7 AM and 10 AM.

Checking out
Check-out time is between 6 and 11 AM.

 

Payment
After you have made your reservation you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. Your reservation is only final once you have paid the invoice. Exceptions are possible, please contact us.

 

Luggage
After checking out you can leave your luggage with us for safekeeping.

 

Payment options
You can pay at check-out with Maestro (PIN), Mastercard, Visa and cash.

 

Limited facilities for people with disabilities
The rooms are located on the first floor and are accessible via the general staircase. It is up to you to determine whether you are able to go up and down the stairs.

 

Tourist tax
As of January 1, 2021, a rate of €1.00 per adult per night applies. The city tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.

House rules

 

Manners
We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. This means that we treat each other with respect. We reserve the right to deny you access in the event of serious misconduct.

 

Alcohol and drug use
Alcohol is not served to persons under the age of 18. When in doubt, you will be asked for identification. We always reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol. Drug use is not allowed in all cases or amounts.

 

Theft, destruction or damage
Did something accidentally break? That can always happen, just let us know. Vandalism or theft is always reported and all costs are recovered from you.

 

To smoke

Smoking is not allowed inside. If there is smoking in the rooms, € 250.00 (incl. VAT) will be charged for cleaning costs.

Pets
Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Medical assistance dogs are of course always welcome.

 

Complaints
If you have any comments, or if you are dissatisfied with something, please let us know immediately. Then we try to find a suitable solution.

 

Cancellation Policy

Do you unexpectedly have to cancel your stay with us?

 

Report cancellation
You can only notify us of your cancellation by telephone. Contact us via telephone number +31(0)511-227928

 

Cancel up to 5 days before arrival
You can cancel your reservation by telephone up to 5 days before arrival. You will receive the deposit back from us.

 

Cancel within 5 days before arrival
We charge the full deposit as a cancellation fee.

 

Confirmation
Your cancellation is final as soon as you receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
